The salt water pool is shared by ten units. It is very large at 40 x 20 feet (12 x 6 meters) and has no chlorine or harsh chemicals! The salt water is therapeutic and leaves your skin soft. It is deep, starting at 3.5 feet (1m) and dropping off quickly to 7 feet deep (2.2m).
Beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a cooler.
The kitchen is equipped for real cooking.
Parking: is off street, directly in front of the house, and you get two spaces.
Wifi: consistent 30 Mbps download speeds from AT&T. Strong enough for watching movies and video calls. You can also plug in an ethernet cable directly if needed.
Note: You walk through the middle bedroom to get to the master bedroom. The bathrooms are accessible only through the bedrooms.
