Also: starting July 1st we are going to renovate the unit next door. Work will go from 9am to 5pm. It will be loud at times.
This is an old, old, old house. It was cut up into five apartments many year ago. The walls are patched, there are a million coats of paint, and you can get seasick walking across the uneven floors. And the yard -- don't get me started on the yard!
There is one real bedroom (king bed), one tiny bedroom (single bed), and a bunk bed in the entryway. Five window ACs. Just one bathroom, and the shower head is low.
